NOTICE OF WRONGFUL DEATH
DISTRIBUTION HEARING
To the heirs and next of kin of the estate of Mariah Christine Deichert, deceased, Case No. 2007 ES 01138. Please take note, pursuant to the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 73 (E) (7), that an evidentiary hearing shall be conducted on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 9:00 a.m., before Magistrate Larry G. Poulos at the Summit County Courthouse, located at 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308, in accordance with O.R.C. 2125.03 concerning the distribution of the settlement proceeds of a wrongful death action brought by the fiduciary of the estate for the benefit of decedent's spouse, parents, children and other next of kin. If you claim any interest in these proceeds, you must be at such hearing to present evidence of your right to share in the proceeds pursuant to O.R.C. 2125.02 and 2125.03.
