Notice is hereby given that bids will be received at the office of the Board of Trustees of Copley Township, Copley Township Administrative Office, 1540 South Cleve. Mass. Road, Copley, OH 44321-1998 until August 13, 2010, 10:00 a.m.; with bid opening at 10:01 a.m. on August 13, 2010, for furnishing the labor and material required for the Copley Township's Parking Lot Resurfacing and Sidewalk Replacement Project, according to the surveys, plans, profiles, cross-sections, estimates and specifications for such improvement on file with the Copley Township Fiscal Officer. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. Bids to be submitted on a unit price basis. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (R.C. 4115.03 et seq.) governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bond or a certified check in the amount of five (5%) of the amount bid to guarantee that said bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into and the performance of it properly secured. The Board of Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Copley Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Copley Town Hall, 1540 S. Cleve-Mass Road to consider a Zoning Variance and a Conditional Use request. Said Conditional Use request is for the construction of a church addition. Said Variance request is from Article VIII, Section 802-2 (100) of the Copley Township Zoning Resolution which requires that all activity areas be located at least 100 feet from all property lines.
