Notice is hereby given that R. Scott Haley, Receiver for Wrayco Industries, Inc. in the Summit County Court of Common Pleas case of A&F Realty, LLC, Plaintiff v. Wrayco Industries, Inc., Defendant, Case No. CV-2010-04-2975, and pursuant to the judgment entered in that action approving and authorizing the Receiver to proceed with sale and setting forth the method of sale as journalized on July 1, 2010 shall offer for sale all of the personal property, equipment, inventory, accounts receivable and all other related property of Wrayco Industries, Inc. at a public sale to be conducted on August 25, 2010 commencing at 9:00 a.m. at the lower level conference room of the offices of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, 75 East Market Street, Akron, Ohio 44308.
The terms and conditions of sale are more fully set forth in said order. All bidders are required to fully comply with the terms of sale as set forth therein and to sign and deliver to the Receiver a copy of the terms of sale by no later than 12:00 p.m., August 20, 2010.
The Receiver reserves the right to withdraw items from the sale. Notice is further given that this sale is free and clear of all claims or liens existing on all of the property so sold and all those creditors which hold, maintain or assert any liens are so notified.
