By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV 2000 02 0540 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, DREW ALEXANDER, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 20TH DAY

OF APRIL, A.D., 2001,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio: and known as being Lot No. 33 in Kendale Knolls Allotment No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 42 and 43 of Summit County Records, be the same more of less.

Property located at: 1416 Carey Avenue, Akron, OH 44320.

Property appraised at: Ninety-nine thousand dollars ($99,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $4,950.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
