Beginning at a point in the center line of a proposed 50 foot street known as Hazel Wood Street, said beginning point may be found as follows:

Beginning at an old stone at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 40; thence North 85 degrees 24 minutes West along the North line of said Lot No. 40, a distance of 591.15 feet to the intersection of the center line of said proposed 50 foot street known as Hazel Wood Street with the North line of said Lot No. 40; thence South 16 degrees 2 minutes East along the center line of said 60 foot proposed street known as Hazel Wood Street, 774.43 feet to the true place of beginning; thence South 73 degrees 58 minutes West, 325 feet; thence South 16 degrees 2 minutes East, 75 feet; thence North 73 degrees 58 minutes East, 325 feet to the center line of said proposed 50 foot street known as Hazel Wood Street; thence North 16 degrees 2 minutes West along the centerline of said proposed 50 foot street 75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.660 acres of land, be the same more or less.

Property appraised at: Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($93,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 30th day of November, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
