By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 08 3298 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the County of Summit and State of Ohio, the following real property:

Situated in the City of Norton, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being a part of Lot 8 of Original Norton Township and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the East line of Sandy Lane as recorded in Frashure Allotment Book 48, Pages 59 and 60 of Summit County Record of Plats, which is North 22 deg. 41' West, a distance of 100.00 feet from the North line of Frashure Drive; thence North 22 deg. 41' West, a distance of 105.16 feet on the East line of Sandy Lane; thence North 85 deg. 21' East, a distance of 200.00 feet; thence South 22 deg. 41' East, a distance of 105.16 feet; thence South 85 deg. 21' West, a distance of 200.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.4591 of an acre. Subject to and together with all easements, restrictions, and legal highways, if any, of record. Being the same property conveyed to Redemption Investments, LLC, by deed, dated September 27, 2016, recorded on October 5, 2016 in Document Number 56246212 of the Summit County, Ohio records.

Property appraised at: Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($93,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 6th day of September, 2019. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
