By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 01 0307 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

And further known as being a part of the Southeast quarter of Section 29, more fully described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 29; thence South 87 deg. 06' West, a distance of 881.00 feet to a point; thence North 2 deg. 50' 37" West, a distance of 768.0 feet to an iron pin and the true place of beginning of the parcel of land herein to be described; thence continuing North 2 deg. 50' 37" West, a distance of 277.37 feet to a point in the center line of Killinger Road; thence South 86 deg. 58' 30" West along the center line of Killinger Road, a distance of 180.00 feet to a point; thence South 2 deg. 50' 37" East, a distance of 277.37 feet to an iron pin; thence North 86 deg. 58' 30" East, a distance of 180.00 feet to an iron pin and the place of beginning. Subject to all legal highways, and containing 1.146 acres of land as surveyed by Richard F. Paul, in November, 1957.

Property appraised at: Ninety-nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 27th day of September, 2019. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
