By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 07 2821 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 14TH DAY

OF AUGUST, A.D., 2020

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

Being Lot Number One Hundred Thirty-seven (137) in the Barberton Heights Allotment No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 54 and 55 of the records of Summit County, Ohio, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

 

Property located at: 399 Norton Avenue, Barberton, OH 44203.

Property appraised at: Forty-eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

This is second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
