By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2019 10 3882to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 17TH DAY

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Lot 22 in Tract 6 and formerly in Portage Township and bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of the tract of land deeded by Thomas H. Zink and wife to L. A. Knofler, Trustee, as recorded in Summit County Records of Deeds, Volume 431, Page 374, which point is at an iron pin set in the Easterly line of Dayton Street, at its intersection with the Southerly line of Lot 93 of Doyle Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 32, Summit County Records of Plats; thence Easterly along the North line of the tract aforesaid, 120.00 feet; thence Southerly 35.248 feet; thence Westerly 120.0 feet to the Easterly line of Dayton Street; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Dayton, 35.36 feet to the place of beginning. Excepting the Easterly 5.0 feet therefrom as recorded in Volume 6443, Page 639, Summit County Records.

Deed Reference Number: Dated March 2, 2001, filed March 7, 2001, recorded as Instrument Number 54518893, Summit County, Ohio records.

Property appraised at: Thirty-three Thousand Dollars ($33,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 7th day of January, 2022. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
