Beginning at a point on the center line of Stine Road (T.R. #171) a 60' highway, being N. 76 deg. 00' E. 2514.07 feet from the intersection of the Westerly prolongation of said centerline with the Westerly line of Boston Township (witness an iron pipe set S. 14 deg. 00' E., 30.00 feet from this point) and place of beginning bears N. 76 deg. 00' E. along the centerline of said T.R. #171 a distance of 607.01 feet from the Northwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to D. and A. Mayer by instrument recorded in Volume 2163, Page 343 of the Summit County Records of Deeds; thence S. 14 deg. 00' E., 348.48 feet to an iron pipe set; thence N. 76 deg. 00' E., 250.00 feet to an iron pipe set; thence N. 14 deg. 00' W., 348.48 feet to a point on the centerline of T.R. #171, (witness an iron pipe set S. 14 deg. 00' E., 30.00 feet form this point); thence S. 76 deg. 00' W., along the centerline of T.R. #171 a distance of 250.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.0000 acres of land as surveyed May 16, 1965 by Robert J. TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 21st day of January, 2022. The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
