By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2020 08 2215to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

PROPERTY TO BE SOLD SUBJECT TO THE LIEN OF NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. IT IS TO BE SOLD AT TWO-THIRDS OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE APPRAISED VALUE AND THE AMOUNT DUE TO NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC. APPRAISED AT $288,000.00
