And known as being all of Lot No. 84 and the South 1 foot of Lot No. 83 and North 4 feet of Lot 85 in Westwood Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 33-34 of Summit County Records.
Property located at: 1620 Claudia Avenue, Akron, OH 44307.
Property appraised at: Fifty-one Thousand Dollars ($51,000.00).
Minimum bid set for $16,000.00 per Plaintiff's attorney.
TERMS OF SALE: $2,550.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
