By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 01 0218 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 8TH DAY

OF JUNE, A.D., 2018,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being a part of Lot Number 4, Tract 8, formerly Portage Township, now in the City of Akron, Ohio and more fully described as follows:

Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the North line of Corley Street with the East line of McGowan Street; thence North 00 deg. 45' East along the East line of McGowan Street 60 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 88 deg. 12' East, 91.10 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 00 deg. 45' West 60 feet to an iron pipe in the North line of Corley Street; thence North 89 deg. 12' West along the North line of Corley Street 91.10 feet to the place of beginning.

Property appraised at: Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $2,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 22nd day of June, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
