CONSOLIDATION OF CASES
16.01 Civil Cases
Civil cases shall be consolidated pursuant to Civ.R. 42 , upon motion for consolidation filed with the judge assigned the lowest case number of the cases wherein one or more parties desire consolidation. Such judge may order consolidation after a determination that consolidation is appropriate under Civ.R. 42.
