at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Macedonia, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
Formerly part of the Township of Northfield, and being part of Original Township Lot 7, and further described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the centerline intersection of Shepard Road (C.H. 23, 50' R/W) and Highland Road (C.H. 111, 60' R/W); Thence N. 01 deg. 00' 00" W. along the centerline of Shepard Road, a distance of 1721.77 feet to the true place of beginning for the parcel herein described; Thence S. 89 deg. 53' 52" W. a distance of 1056.11 feet to a point on the Easterly boundary of the Ohio Edison property; Thence N. 42 deg. 48' 05" W. along the Easterly boundary of the Ohio Edison property, a distance of 157.82 feet to a point; Thence N. 89 deg. 53' 52" E. a distance of 1161.32 feet to a point on the centerline of Shepard Road; Thence S. 01 deg. 00' 00" E. along the centerline of Shepard Road, a distance of 116.00 feet to the true place of beginning. This parcel of land contains 2.9521 acres more or less as surveyed by John David Jones, Registered Civil Engineer and Surveyor, in April of 1972 and is subject to all legal highways and easements of record.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Eighty Thousand Dollars ($180,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $9,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
