You are hereby notified that Marie A. Bernert aka Marie Antoinette Bernert whose residence was 1144 Hanover Drive, Akron, OH 44312 died February 3, 2024; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 14th day of May 2024; and Michael Pozonitz was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.

You are hereby notified that the decedent, SUSAN L. MACDONALD died on January 12, 2024 that the decedent's will was admitted to probate by this Court located at 209 S. HIGH ST. in AKRON , Ohio on March 8, 2024. This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate and to all legatees and devisees named in this will who do not waive notice.
