You are hereby notified that Jean Morris whose residence was 4604 Bellflower Lane, Green, OH 44685 died November 29, 2023; Decedent's purported Last Will and Testament was offered and admitted to record in the Summit County Probate Court, 209 S. High Street, Akron, Ohio 44308-1668, on the 14th day of April 2024; and Susan Anne Spargo was appointed as fiduciary.

Any action to contest the validity of this Will must be filed no more than three months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die on or after January 1, 2002, and no more than four months after the filing of the certificate for estates of decedents who die before January 1, 2002.
