Beginning for the same at a point, at the Southeast corner of the Southeast quarter of said Section 30 in Franklin Township, reference by a monument found S. 88 deg. 53' 12" W, 30.00 feet, where the West right-of-way line of Cleveland-Massillon Road (C.H. 17) (60 feet wide) intersects the South line of the Southeast quarter of Section 30; thence N. 01 deg. 19' 40" W., on a portion of the East line of said Southeast quarter section and the centerline of the Cleveland-Massillon Road, a distance of 710.49 feet to a point, marked by a cotton gin gear set, at the Northeast corner of a 0.50 acre tract of land now or formerly owned by C. E. Hayes as recorded in Official Record Volume 365, Page 833 of the Summit County Deed Records and being the true place of beginning for the tract of land herein to be described; thence S. 89 deg. 25' 48" W. on the North line of said 0.50 acre C. E. Whithem, et al. tract of land, passing over a 1/2 inch iron bar set at 183.84 feet, a total distance of 213.84 feet to a point, marked by a cotton gin gear set, on the East line of the Southeast quarter of Section 30, at the Southeast corner of said 0.25 acre S. Whithem, et al. tract of land; thence S. 01 deg. 19' 40" E. on a portion of the East line of said Southeast quarter section and the centerline of the Cleveland-Massillon Road, a distance of 50.16 feet to a point, marked by a cotton gin gear set, at the Northeast corner of previously stated 0.50 acre C. E. Hayes tract of land, being the true place of beginning and containing 0.250 acre of land more or less, of which 0.035 acre is within the roadway right-of-way of Cleveland-Massillon Road (C.H. 17). Subject to any and all easements, reservations, or restrictions that may be of record pertaining to the above described tract of land.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).
