Melinda S. Paul, whose last known address is 1224 Florida Ave., Akron, OH 44314, but whose address other than as set forth are both unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained; and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on January 16, 2024, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint in the Akron Municipal Court, Summit County Ohio, being Case No 24CV-00370, demanding judgment against the defendant for per se libel.

Plaintiff request a trial by jury.

Said above named Defendants will further take notice that she is required to answer the complaint on or before the 14th day of June 2024.
