NOTICE OF A PETITION FOR WRIT OF EXECUTION
Notice is hereby given that the Plaintiff, Ledgewood MHC, LLC, a manufactured home park owned and operated by Horizon Land Co., intends to petition the Stow Municipal Court to issue a Writ of Execution to obtain title to that certain manufactured home titled in Lee and Mary Ann Van Gorder’s name. The manufactured home is located at 9505 North Bedford Road, Lot 38, Macedonia, Ohio 44056.
