By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2024 01 0502 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

And known as being Lot Nos. 1078 and 1079, in the East Market Across Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 35 to 45, inclusive of Summit County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Subject to easements, restrictions, and reservations of record, if any.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Forty-one Thousand Dollars ($141,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 Deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at
