Whereas, such Judgment orders such real property to be sold by the undersigned to satisfy the total amount of the Judgment;

Now, therefore, public notice is hereby given that I, STEVE BARRY, Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, will sell each parcel, at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder at the West door of the Court House in Akron, Ohio, at 10:00 A.M. on the 8th day of October, 2019, and if any parcel does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale, under the same terms and conditions and at the same place on the 22nd day of October, 2019.

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ALL SUCH REAL PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION MAY BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL TAX LIEN THAT MAY NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE. THESE PROPERTIES MAY ALSO BE SUBJECT TO A CHILD SUPPORT LIEN THAT WILL NOT BE EXTINGUISHED BY THE SALE.

TERMS OF SALE: Pursuant to Rule 12 of the Summit County Common Pleas Court Rules, a deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 cash or certified check, payable to the Summit County Sheriff, is required at the time the bid is accepted. Purchaser is required to pay interest in the amount of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of his bid, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price must be paid within thirty (30) days of the Filing of the Confirmation of Sale (or Order/Decree of Forfeiture).
