And known as being Sublot No. 49R of Glencairn Forest Phase III, the original plat of which was recorded as Reception No. 54024659 of Summit County Records of Plats and re-platted as Reception No. 55159985 of Summit County Records of Plats, be the same more or les,s but subject to all legal highways.
Prior Instrument: Quit Claim Deed recorded in the office of the recorder of Summit County, Ohio on April 14, 2005 at 3:51 p.m. as Instrument No. 55173839.

Property appraised at: Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Dollars ($909,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
