By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2010 11 7903 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, DREW ALEXANDER, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 2ND DAY

OF DECEMBER, A.D., 2011,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being all of Lots Nos. 24 and 25 in teh South Main Street Allotment, as surveyed and numbered by J. A. Gehres, County Surveyor and recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 11 of Summit County Records of Plats.

Property located at: 100 E. Emerling Avenue, Akron, OH 44301.

Property appraised at: Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $3,750.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
