Situated in the City of Hudson, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and part of Original Lot 50, and being a parcel of land now or formerly in the name of Leanord J. and Nellie L. Mordarski and recorded as "Parcel 1", Deed Vol. 6039, Page 386 of the Summit County Records and more fully described as follows:
Commencing for reference at a 5/8 inch iron pin in a monument box found at the centerline intersection of Streetsboro Rd. (S.R. 303) (66 feet wide) and Stone Rd. (C.H. 3) (60 ft. wide); thence South 0 degrees 50' 28" East, along the centerline of Stone Rd., a distance of 2266.22 feet to the Northeast corner of aforementioned Mordarski parcel and a P.K. nail being the true place of beginning of the parcel herein to be described; thence South 0 deg. 50' 28" East, continuing along the Stone Rd. centerline, a distance of 203.82 feet to the Southeast corner of Mordarski parcel and a P.K. nail set; thence South 89 deg. 29' 27" West, along the Northerly line of a parcel of land now or formerly in the name of Donald N. Kozlowski and recorded in Deed Vol. 7451, Page 389, a distance of 1282.21 feet (and passing over a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set at 30.00 feet) to a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set; thence North 0 deg. 44' 25" West, along the Easterly line of a parcel of land now or formerly in the name of Darrell T. Shaw, Tr. and recorded in Deed Vol. 6579, Page 570, a distance of 203.82 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set; thence North 89 deg. 29' 27" East, a distance of 1282.85 feet (and passing over a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set at 12.52.85 feet) to the place of beginning. As surveyed in November, 1988 under the supervision of Robert A. Dorner, R.L.S. 6943, of Campbell & Associates, Inc. The basis of bearings for this legal description is South 0 deg. 50' 28" East, as the centerline bearing of Stone Rd. as evidenced by monuments found and is the same bearing found on a map of survey by Lawrence L. Butterworth, R.L.S. No. 5916.

(C.H. 3) (60 ft. wide); thence South 0 degrees 50' 28" East, along the centerline of Stone Rd., a distance of 2062.33 feet to the Northeast corner of aforementioned Mordarski parcel and a P.K. nail set, said P.K. nail being the true place of beginning of the parcel herein to be described; thence South 0 deg. 50' 28" East, continuing along the Stone Rd., centerline, a distance of 203.89 feet to the Southeast corner of Mordarski parcel and a P.K. nail set; thence South 89 deg. 29' 27" West, and passing over a 5/8 rebar with I.D. cap set 30.00 feet) a distance of 1282.85 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set; thence North 0 deg. 44' 25" West, along the Easterly line of a parcel of land own or formerly in the name of Darrell T. Shaw, Tr. and recorded in Deed Vol. 6579, Page 570, a distance of 203.89 feet to a 5/8 inch rebar with an I.D. cap "Butterworth" found; thence North 89 deg. 29' 27" East, along the Southerly line of a parcel of land now or formerly in the name of Raymond R. and Christine M. Burkholder and recorded in Deed Vol. 7466, Page 834, a distance of 1282.49 feet (and passing over a 5/8 inch rebar with I.D. cap set at 1252.49 feet) to the centerline of Stone Rd. and the place of beginning. As surveyed in November, 1988, under the supervision of Robert A. Dorner, R.L.S. 6943 of Campbell & Associates, Inc. The basis of bearings for this legal description is South 0 deg. 50' 28" East, as the centerline bearing of Stone Rd., as evidenced by monuments found and the same bearing found on a map of survey dated December 30, 1985 by Lawrence L. Butterworth, R.L.S. No. 5916.

Property appraised at: Six Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($645,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
