As surveyed in November, 1988, under the supervision of Robert A. Dorner, R.L.S. 6943 of Campbell & Associates, Inc. The basis of bearings for this legal description is South 0 deg. 50' 28" East, as the centerline bearing of Stone Rd., as evidenced by monuments found and the same bearing found on a map of survey dated December 30, 1985 by Lawrence L. Butterworth, R.L.S. No. 5916.

Property appraised at: Six Hundred Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($645,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
