And known as being Lot No. 8 in Chadds Ford Settlements Phase No. 1 as recorded in Plat Cabinet F, Slides 969-982 of Summit County Records.

Property located at: 1409 Haymarket Way, Hudson, OH 44236.
Property appraised at: Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($450,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
