Situated in the Township of Richfield, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 2 in the Glencairn Forest the Woods Subdivision Phase 1 of part of Original Lot Nos. 4 and 5, Tract 3, as shown on the recorded plat in Instrument No. 54890336 of Summit County Records.
Property located at: 3380 Buckhaven Drive, Richfield, OH 44286.
Property appraised at: Two Hundred Eighty-two Thouand Dollars ($282,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
