at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:
15-02778, 15-02779 & 15-02780
PARCEL I:
Situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
Being Lots 80 and 81 in the Annabelle Estates Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 38, Page 44 and 45 of Summit County Records of Plats, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
PARCEL II:
Situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
Being a part of O.L. No. 36 of said township and also being a part of Annabelle Estates Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 44 and 45 of the Summit County Records of Plats and further described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found at the Southwesterly corner of Sublot 80 of said Annabelle Estates; thence North 47 deg. 59' 00" E., a distance of 147.90 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 49 deg. 37' 06" E., a distance of 10.09 feet to an iron pipe set in the Northwesterly line of Sublot 91 in Annabelle Estates; thence South 47 deg. 59' 00" W., a distance of 149.23 feet to an iron pipe found at the Northwesterly corner of Sublot 93 of Annabelle Estates; thence North 42 deg. 01' 00" W., a distance of 10.00 feet to an iron pipe and the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Property located at: 1355 Keystone Blvd. & V/L, Akron, OH 44320.
Property appraised at: Eighty-seven Thousand Dollars ($87,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $4,350.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
