Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and known as being all of Lot Number Twelve (12) in the Austin Estates, Section D, as recorded in Plat Book 116, Pages 24-27, inclusive of the Summit County Records of Plats.

Property located at: 741 Austin Drive, Barberton, OH 44203.
Property appraised at: One Hundred Sixty-eight Thousand Dollars ($168,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $8,400.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
