at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot 6, Block Q, Section A, Fairlawn Heights Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 1 through 10, Summit County Records of Plats, and further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, which is the East line of Ely Road; thence South along the West line of said Lot 6 and the East line of Ely Road, 116.0 feet to a point, which is 19.0 feet from the Southwest corner of said Lot 6; thence East parallel to the South line of said Lot 6, 185.0 feet to a point; thence North parallel to the West line of said Lot 6, 21.5 feet to a point; thence East parallel to the South line of said Lot 6, 45.0 feet to a point in the East line of said Lot 6, which point is 45.0 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence North along the East line of said Lot 6, 94.5 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence West along the North line of said Lot 6, 230.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 6, and the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Three Hundred Eighty-one Thousand Dollars ($381,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
