Continental Communities, LLC dba The Willows, 146 Wilpark Drive, Akron, OH 44312, Plaintiff vs. Ruth Doubledee (Deceased), Defendant.

Ruth Doubledee, whose last known address is 104 Maple Hill Lane, Akron, OH 44312, but whose address other than as set forth are both unknown and cannot with the exercise of reasonable diligence be ascertained; and upon whom service of summons cannot be had in the State of Ohio, will take notice that on November 29, 2012, Continental Communities, LLC dba The Willows, as plaintiff, filed its Complaint in Forcible Entry and Detainer against her in the Akron Municipal Court, Summit County Ohio, being Case No. 12 CV 11303, praying for restitution of the premises located at 104 Maple Hill, Akron, OH 44312; costs, reasonable attorney fees and whatever other relief that this Court deems just and equitable.

Said above named Defendant will further take notice that she is required to answer the complaint on or before the 21st day of February, 2013.
