By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2012 04 1925 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 28TH DAY

OF JUNE, A.D., 2013,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Cuyahoga Falls, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being Lot Number 37, Gorge Terrace Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 9, Summit County Records.

Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 55475965

Property located at: 605 Arcadia Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.

Property appraised at: Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($75,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $3,750.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
