Situated in the City of Akron, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being Sublot No. 158 in the Avondale Park Allotment as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 20 of Maps, Page 24 of Summit County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property located at: 133 Alden Avenue, Akron, OH 44313.
Property appraised at: One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $6,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
