Situated in the City of Macedonia, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being all of Sublot No. 110 of Huntsford Farms Phase 4 of a part of Original Northfield Township Lot No. 34 as shown by the recorded plat in Cabinet M, Slides 594 through 597, inclusive, of Summit County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property located at: 262 Finchfield Circle, Macedonia, OH 44056.
Property appraised at: One Hundred Forty-four Thousand Dollars ($144,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $7,200.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
