And known as being Lots Numbers 106, 107, 108, 109 and 110 in Barberton Homestead Allotment as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 34 thru 36, Summit County Records of Plats.

Property located at: 3927 Bushey Avenue & V/L, Norton, OH 44203.
Property appraised at: Ninety-nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $4,950.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
