Situated in the City of Green, County of Summit and State of Ohio:
And known as being all of Lot No. 165 of the Mystic Pointe Subdivision as recorded in Plat Cabinet N, Slides 201 to 224 of Summit County Records, and all amendments thereto. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property located at: 2812 Crows Nest Circle, Uniontown, OH 44685.
Property appraised at: One Hundred Eighty-nine Thousand Dollars ($189,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $9,450.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
