By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2014 07 3575 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 8TH DAY

OF MAY, A.D., 2015,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Copley, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being all of Unit C, in Building No. 2, together with the undivided interest in the common areas and facilities appertaining to said unit and building of Copley Village Condominiums as shown by the drawing recorded in Plat Book 109, Page 26, Summit County Records and as further described in the declaration and bylaws of Copley Village Condominiums recorded under Instrument #901901, Summit County Records, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property located at: 2733 Mull Avenue, Copley, OH 44321.

Property appraised at: Thirty-nine Thousand Dollars ($39,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $1,950.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
