And known as being Unit 2098 in the Pine Mill Ridge Condominium Estates No. 2, Phase 2, as shown and described in the declaration and by-laws of said condominium recorded as Instrument No. 79394, Summit County Records and in the drawings of said condominium recorded in Plat Book 128, Page 73-79 inclusive, Summit County Records and as amended in the First Amendment recorded as Instrument 79767 and the drawings attached thereto recorded in Plat Book 129, Pages 1-7, inclusive of the Summit County Records.

Property appraised at: Sixty-five Thousand Dollars ($65,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $3,250.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
