By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2014 09 4207 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Green, County of Summit, State of Ohio and being known as part of the Northeast quarter of Section 29 in the City of Green, (formerly known as Green Township), and further described as follows:

Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 29, the same being marked by a 1-1/2" iron pipe found in concrete; thence S. 04 deg. 00' 00" W., along the East line of said section, a distance of 1,425.418 feet to a P.K. nail set in the centerline of Arlington Road (60'), said P.K. nail also being the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; thence S. 04 deg. 00' 00" W. continuing along the centerline of said Arlington Road, a distance of 247.500 feet to a P.K. nail set; thence N. 85 deg. 55' 03" W. along the North line of the lands now or formerly owned by L. D. Wages (D.V. 1204, Pg. 924) passing a 5/8" rebar set on line at 30.00 feet, a total distance of 2,651.859 feet to a 1-1/2" iron pipe found in the East line of the lands now or formerly owned by R. G. Rohrer (D.V. 7182, Pg. 633) also the West line of the Northeast quarter of Section 29; thence N. 03 deg. 59' 24" W. along the West line of said quarter section, the East line of the Rohrer lands, a distance of 247.500 feet to a 1" iron pipe found; thence S. 85 deg. 55' 03" E. along the South line of the lands now or formerly owned by B. L. Blumenstine (D.V. 5799, Pg. 535) and the lands now or formerly owned by T. I. Dillinger (D.V. 6371, Pg. 699), a distance of 2,651.902 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 15.0675 acres of land as surveyed in March of 1997 by John David Jones, Professional Surveyor No. 4362, but subject to all legal highways and any restrictions, reservations or easements of record. The basis of bearing for this survey is S. 04 deg. 00' 00" W. as the East line of Section 29, the same shown on Lake Breeze Allotment P.B. 46, Pages 129 and 130, as found on file at Summit County Recorder's Office.

TERMS OF SALE: $10,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
