And known as being Lot No. 84, Norwood Acres Subdivision No. 1, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 31 to 33, inclusive, Summit County Records.

Property appraised at: One Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Dollars ($129,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $6,450.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
