By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2015 10 4910 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 22ND DAY

OF APRIL, A.D., 2016,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the Township of Northfield Center, County of Summit and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Lot 38, in said township and more fully described as follows:

Beginning in the centerline of Northfield Road at a point which bears South 29 degrees 05' East, 561.12 feet from an iron monument at the intersection of said centerline with the North line of Original Lot No. 33; thence North 29 degrees 05' West along the centerline of said road 211.16 feet; thence South 86 degrees 24' East, 668.90 feet to an iron monument; thence South 3 degrees 01' West, 177.73 feet; thence North 86 degrees 24' West, 556.70 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.5 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways. Excepting therefrom the following described premises:

Stockman.

TERMS OF SALE: $4,200.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
