at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Cuyahoga Falls, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being Unit 1483-F of Brookledge Commons Condominiums, together with the undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, as established by the drawings, declaration and by-laws of said condominium recorded on May 11, 2006 as Reception No. 55320996 of Summit County Records, and any amendments thereto.
Prior Deed Reference: Reception No. 55344964 on July 14, 2006.
Property located at: 1483 Buckingham Gate Blvd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
Property appraised at: Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.
TERMS OF SALE: $2,250.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
