By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 02 0566 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

And known as being part of Lot No. 6, in Tract 8, formerly Portage Township and also being 45 feet on the East side of Snyder and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point in the East line of Snyder St., which point is 79 feet South of the corner of Campbell and Snyder St., which point is 79 feet South of the corner of Campbell and Snyder Street; thence South along the said East line of Snyder St,. 45 feet; thence Easterly in a line parallel with the South line of Campbell St., 108 feet; thence Northerly in a line parallel to the East line of Snyder St., 45 feet; thence Westerly in a line parallel to the South line of Campbell St., 108.45 feet to the place of beginning. And bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest corner of Campbell and Snyder Streets; thence South along the East line of Snyder Street, thirty-four (34) feet to the place of beginning of parcel hereby conveyed; thence Southerly along the East line of Snyder Street, forty-five (45) feet to a point; thence Easterly on a line parallel to the South line of Campbell Street, 108-42/100 feet to a point; thence Northerly parallel to the East line of Snyder Street, 45 feet to a point; thence Westerly 108-42/100 feet to the place of beginning. Property appraised at: Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 9th day of November, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
