By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2018 08 3587 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

Known as and being Unit Number 890 Wicket Drive, Building (34) Thirty-four, together with its percentage of interest in and to the common areas and facilities of Canal Park Condominium as shown by drawings of said condominium recorded in Plat Cabinet F, Slides 794 through 799 of the Summit County Record of Plat and as further described in the declaration of condominium ownership of Canal Park Condominium as filed for record in Volume 6600, Page 823 of the Summit County Records and addendum for Sub-Phase 2H filed for record in Volume 582, Page 338 of the Summit County Records.

Property appraised at: Ninety Thousand Dollars ($90,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 14th day of June, 2019. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
