By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2020 02 0680 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, KANDY FATHEREE, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Auction, ONLINE, in accordance with ORC Section 2329.153 at https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on

 

FRIDAY, THE 14TH DAY

OF JANUARY, A.D., 2022

 

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

Situated in the City of Norton, County of Summit and State of Ohio and known as being Lot Number 592 in the Columbia Heights Number 2 Allotment, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 56 of Summit County, Ohio Records of Plats.

Prior Deed Reference: Instrument No. 54627279

 

Property located at: 2952 Maple Street, Norton, OH 44203.

Property appraised at: Fifty-seven Thousand Dollars ($57,000.00).

The appraisal was completed based on an exterior view of the property only.

Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00deposit must be on account with Realauction (See online bidding instructions). The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid by cash or cashier's check ONLY within thirty (30) days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry, to the Summit County Sheriff.

If this sale remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m., ONLINE at

https://summit.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov on the 28th day of January, 2022. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall pay the actual costs (conveyance and recording) to the Sheriff for the recording of the deed. (ORC 2329.36(C)).

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
