at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:


Situated in the Village of Mogadore, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

And known as being part of Lot No. 19, Tract 8, formerly in Springfield Township and more fully described as follows:

Commencing at an iron pipe at the Northwest corner of Lot No. 15 of the Valley View Subdivision No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 54 of Summit County Records of Plats; thence along the West line of said allotment, South 3 deg. 27' West, a distance of 326.05 feet to the centerline of Curtis Street as shown on said allotment plat; thence along the centerline of the Westerly extension of said Curtis Street, North 86 deg. 14' West, a distance of 598.80 feet to the true place of beginning of the land to be herein described; thence at right angles to said street centerline, South 3 deg. 46' West, a distance of 215 feet to a point; thence North 86 deg. 14' West, a distance of 75 feet to a point; thence North 3 deg. 46' East, a distance of 215 feet to a point of the centerline of Curtis Street; thence South 86 deg. 14' East, along the centerline of Curtis Street, a distance of 75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.37 acres of land as calculated by L. E. Bunts, Registered Surveyor, in March 1969. And excluding the Northerly 25.00 feet, which is part of Curtis Street as dedicated and recorded in Plat Book 45, Page 216 of the Summit County Record of Plats. Property appraised at: Ninety-three Thousand Dollars ($93,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $4,650.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the date of sale.
