By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2017 01 0473 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on


OF OCTOBER, A.D., 2017,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:


Commencing at the intersection of the Northwesterly corner of Lot No. 325 and the Southwesterly corner of Lot No. 324; thence Southerly across Lot No. 324, to a point in the Easterly line thereof at the corner of Lot No. 316 of said allotment; thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Lot No. 325 which is also the Westerly line of Lot No. 315 for a distance of 8 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly across Lots No. 324 and 325 parallel to the first mentioned course herein to a point in West Moreland Street which point is 8 feet South of the beginning point herein, to-wit:

The intersection of the corners of Lots No. 325 and 324 as aforesaid; thence Northwesterly along said West Moreland Street for a distance of 8 feet to the place of beginning.

Property located at: 685 Way Steet, Barberton, OH 44203.

Property appraised at: Eighty-one Thousand Dollars ($81,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 10th day of November, 2017. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))

The Sheriff's Office nor any of its affiliates have access to the inside of said property, at any time. (This includes appraisals for bank loans.)
