By virtue of an Order of Sale No. CV2015 12 5754 to me directed from the Court of Common Pleas, of Summit County, Ohio, I, STEVE M. BARRY, Sheriff of said County, will offer for sale at Public Venue, at the West door of the Court House, in Akron, on

FRIDAY, THE 2ND DAY

OF FEBRUARY, A.D., 2018,

at 10:00 o'clock A. M. of said day, the following described Lands and Tenements, to-wit:

01-04552, 01-04553 & 01-04554

Situated in the City of Barberton, County of Summit and State of Ohio:

Being part of Lots 6, 8 and 9 of Eastside Park Allotment, as recorded in Book 19, Page 79 of Summit County Records of Plats and described as follows:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 of Eastside Allotment; thence North 3 deg. 00' East, a distance of 49.00 feet on the East line of the lot to the Northeast corner thereof, 29.22 feet to a point within said Lot 6; thence North 83 deg. 00' 30' West, a distance of 90.22 feet to a point on the West line of said Lot 9; thence South 3 deg. 00' 30' West, a distance of 84.50 feet on the line of the lot to the Southwest corner thereof; thence South 87 deg. 00' East, a distance of 90.00 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

Property appraised at: Fifty-four Thousand Dollars ($54,000.00). Property cannot be sold for less than 2/3 of the appraised value.

TERMS OF SALE: $5,000.00 deposit in cash, certified check or bank check payable to the Sheriff of Summit County, Ohio, to be tendered at sale at the time of acceptance of the bid. The purchaser shall be required to pay interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) on the unpaid balance of the bid amount, unless paid within eight (8) days after the date of sale. The entire balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 30 days after the filing of the Confirmation Entry.

AND if this sale results in a NO BID/NO SALE and remains unsold after this first sale, then this property shall be offered again at a second sale and shall be sold to the highest bidder without regard to the minimum bid requirement in section 2329.20, at 10:00 a.m. and at the same place on the 16th day of February, 2018. (ORC 2329.52(B), ORC 2329.26 (2)(a)(v))

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (ORC 2329.52(B))
